As part of our conference we will have a choir. If you would like to sign-up to be part of this choir, you can click the link below to register. If you do click the link, make sure to return to this form and complete it after you finish.

Tickets are required and are $40 per person. You can pay online via our church's giving page below or via cash/check in our church's offertory box in the back of the sanctuary or at the table that will be set up in the foyer. 

FOR CASH/CHECK PAYMENT: 

If you are paying via cash/check, please place it in an envelope and indicate "Women's Conference" and give it to the church office, sign up table, or put it in the offering box in the back of the church.

FOR ONLINE PAYMENT:
